Licensed Child Card Network (LCCN) proudly promotes and advocates for licensed child care in London and Middlesex, Ontario, Canada. We are a group of early learning and licensed child care organizations dedicated to high-quality child care. We work collaboratively with the community to raise public awareness about the importance of early learning and licensed child care.
About Strive
Strive is a collaborative group of child care and early years practitioners who work to promote and build capacity across our profession. We provide continuous, accessible professional learning opportunities and resources for early years professionals. As a responsive, community driven organization, we aim to provide high-quality programs and services that support children and their families.

As co-chairs of LCCN, we are so proud of the collaborative relationships that are formed between the operators and leaders of the licensed child care and home child care organizations that make up our network, including French and Indigenous led organizations. Our relationships include municipalities, support organizations and school boards. Over the years, we have produced successful marketing campaigns, advocated to all levels of government and we have proven to be an important information sharing platform during crucial times like the pandemic and the CWELCC transition. At the forefront of all our discussions, we keep four things in mind: Children and their families, our staffing, quality of programing and sustainability of our operations.
